Scarecrows have taken over the gardens at Historic Columbia…again! And REACH homeschoolers have a contestant on display there. Meet Ms. Frizzle!
You know that crazy, science lady that makes learning an adventure? We love her…and we hope you do too!
Now, we’d like to invite you on an adventure with her.
She’s currently on display during the whole month of October at Historic Columbia’s Gardens at the Robert Mills House, 1616 Blanding Street, Columbia. There’s a parking lot on Henderson Street, for closer access to the FREE garden exhibit. While you’re there, you can see all the scarecrows that have been placed by local businesses, families, and school groups.
Take your picture with Ms. Frizzle and send it back to us at email@example.com. We’d love to add your photo here to see how many people went to go find our contestant.
If you can’t make it to the Garden in person, you can also visit Historic Columbia’s Album. Scroll through the photos and “LIKE” your favorites. Each “LIKE” is a vote. We hope you’ll vote for Ms Frizzle. Share the photo or this blog so everyone you know has a chance to play along. Thanks for supporting REACH homeschoolers!
Sometimes people wonder where are the homeschoolers? How do you find them? Well, we’re out there on an adventure–just like Ms. Frizzle. The World is our Classroom! Come along with us!
